I had just finish some renovation and since there was some sanding involved I knew I needed to have my Ducts cleaned. My niece over heard my conversation with family members and she highly recommended Rupert. I called him and he was immediately ready to provide his services. Once completed, he explained what was done and how it was done. His customer service was impeccable. I'll be definitely recommending him to family and friends.

I highly recommend Twelve Points Air Duct Cleaning! Rupert and Brown were professional, friendly and very accommodating. I had to reschedule with them at the last minute and they were great about it, I will definitely call them again.

I recently purchased my home from National Homes who didn't bother to clean the ductwork upon closing, leaving everything (supply ducts, returns, and ESPECIALLY the furnace) saturated with drywall dust and construction debris. A furnace's life can be significantly decreased if there's enough buildup of drywall dust, which can easily void your furnace warranty. So, I had to pay to clean up after my builder in order to avoid potentially having my furnace warranty voided. This is a warning to all of you new-home buyers....open up your vent covers, inspect your ducts and open up your furnace during your Pre-Delivery Inspection.
I called Robert this past weekend. He confirmed a convenient time slot in the evening for me (after work hours) and showed up on time. I was a bit late, but he waited on me and didn't complain about it. Robert and Brown were quick to get started, and they took their time to ensure all the supply ducts, returns and furnace was very clean. Robert and Brown had it looking like new and at a great price!

I called Twelve Point on Friday afternoon and although they were fully booked they understood the importance of having clean air flowing through the vents when you turn your heat on. Rupert told me he would try to accommodate me and gave me an approximate time to expect his team. They promptly arrived to my house; they were very courteous and treated my house with respect. Rupert and Brown did a excellent job in my home .. I can breath better thanks to them .. It's a welcoming feeling when I get home to a fresh air.. We have a great experience with the guys from Twelve Point. They were Professional, On time, Quick to response to us and worked very well and cleaned up beautiful after the job was done. It was like they were never here. Rupert and Brown did a great great they were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them for others and we will be using them again !
