I called Twelve Point on Friday afternoon and although they were fully booked they understood the importance of having clean air flowing through the vents when you turn your heat on. Rupert told me he would try to accommodate me and gave me an approximate time to expect his team. They promptly arrived to my house; they were very courteous and treated my house with respect. The outcome was phenomenal. The air quality in my house is so much more breathable. Good price for excellent service. Thank you, Twelve Point!
