10/10

I recently purchased my home from National Homes who didn't bother to clean the ductwork upon closing, leaving everything (supply ducts, returns, and ESPECIALLY the furnace) saturated with drywall dust and construction debris. A furnace's life can be significantly decreased if there's enough buildup of drywall dust, which can easily void your furnace warranty. So, I had to pay to clean up after my builder in order to avoid potentially having my furnace warranty voided. This is a warning to all of you new-home buyers....open up your vent covers, inspect your ducts and open up your furnace during your Pre-Delivery Inspection. I called Robert this past weekend. He confirmed a convenient time slot in the evening for me (after work hours) and showed up on time. I was a bit late, but he waited on me and didn't complain about it. Robert and Brown were quick to get started, and they took their time to ensure all the supply ducts, returns and furnace was very clean. Robert and Brown had it looking like new and at a great price! Thanks guys!
