Dani, came to change the locks on our home. He was friendly and really quick.
The only issue was the price changed from what I was quoted on the phone from $30 to re-key/re-pin a lock to $45 a lock.
This seems to be how they operate as it also has happened to another homestars user.

We, at Locksmith Pros when talking over the phone with a potential client we always give a roughly price anywhere between $35 (and not $30) and up. ! why ? because when we give someone price over the phone we never know how old is the lock, what is the condition and what tools we will need to use, that's why, to be on the safe side we always said any where between $35 to $125 and sometimes even more.
Well, By charging $10 more, probably with a reason, I'm not sure giving us a rank of 7 its something fair enough specially when you said that Dani was friendly and quick.
