Ladies with Mops

Very Good cleaning quality but careless with decorative objects. Frequent breakage of items - often denied responsibility.
Jan/2016 broken bathroom sink stopper (lever detached under the sink).
Response - cleaner didn't do 'anything', cost of clean refunded ($55) get yourself new cleaners because I always find problems!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY, OR DAPHNE! This was the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. She hires people who have never cleaned before, I had items go missing, and she refused to reimburse me for my prepaid package when I was clearly unhappy.

Unfortunately not a good experience. 2 people, her partner looked to be a 16 yr old, spent time texting on their phones while 'working'. Did a superficial job (not to my cleaning standards). First time and not a good first impression. Would not have them back.
