When we had periods of medium to heavy rain, our evestroughs could not handle the flow. In the colder months we had icicles that formed on every seam and corners of the house. He and his installers showed up at the appointed time and did a superb job.
When the installation was completed, the lead installer water tested the install to ensure it was right. We did a walk around to inspect the installation, after which they cleaned up the site and removed the old debris. Everything was as discussed. They were extremely professional and the job came in on budget and on time. A few days after the completion of the install, Shaun came by to do his own walk about. He also indicated we should evaluate the results when we experienced a heavy rainfall and give him a call if there was a problem. A real pro who cares about his company's reputation.
