Eric and the Brooklin Tree Care team are knowledgeable, professional, on time, and courteous. When the work is completed, the team always makes sure the site is clean with the removal of all debris prior to leaving the site. Our furnace stopped working after only 10 years. An Enercare Service Tech came immediately and discovered one of the major furnace components had failed causing the escape of CO2 well in excess of code limits. Replacement was required. The Sales Exec. came to the house, same day and explained the options. A contract was drawn up for the new unit and the Installers came early the next day and completed the job in 3 hours. All personnel were on time , courteous, and professional. The new furnace is excellent. The whole Enercare experience was superb.

After finding Dima Plumbing on the Home Stars site, we contacted John Dima re 3 different plumbing jobs we needed to have done in our house. John was prompt , his work was excellent and he cleaned up upon completion. We would highly recommend his service

When we had periods of medium to heavy rain, our evestroughs could not handle the flow. In the colder months we had icicles that formed on every seam and corners of the house. We called Shaun Rickard - Home Doctor, who reviewed the situation. He provided a solution along with a quote and timeframe for the completion of the job. He and his installers showed up at the appointed time and did a superb job. When the installation was completed, the lead installer water tested the install to ensure it was right. We did a walk around to inspect the installation, after which they cleaned up the site and removed the old debris. Everything was as discussed. They were extremely professional and the job came in on budget and on time. A few days after the completion of the install, Shaun came by to do his own walk about. He also indicated we should evaluate the results when we experienced a heavy rainfall and give him a call if there was a problem. A real pro who cares about his company's reputation.
