Chris and staff were all very professional, courteous and easy to work with. The staff cleaned up the job site every day before they leave. Chris and his trades were very responsive to our requests, and kept us updated on issues arising from the renovation. Issues will always come up in an older home. How the contractor address it with the home owner can make the process pleasant to deal with.
Although we lived at the house while the renovation went on, there was minimal interruption to our daily life.
Very pleased. Chris' services do cost more than other contractors' quotes. However, having gone through one "cheap" nightmarish contractor, the money is well-spent.

All of our employees are held to high standards and participate regularly in safey and training courses to be able to provide our clients with an exceptional renovation experience. We also use high power fans to minimize dust and provide plastic walls to separate the work area from the rest of the house.
