Had the gas hooked up to my new oven. Job was done professionally and in good time. Noticed a bit of a gas smell the next couple of days, so I asked the company to send the worker back to check the connection. Connection was good and I'm satisfied.

Gas fitter came disconnected old oven and connected new one. I paid 100$ for the service. He said everything was ok when he left. 2 days later my contractor, friends, and family started noticing a faint gas smell in the kitchen. I contacted the company who got the gas fitter to call me back; he wanted to charge me 50$ to come back and check the problem. I thought that was unreasonable considering there was no prexisting issue and I had just paid him 100$ for 10 minutes of work two days prior (which he assured me was checked and safe). Guy agreed to come but never showed. I contacted the company and got no response. Meanwhile I'm out 100$, sitting with a potential gas leak in my kitchen, and now looking for a reliable company to address this potentially life threatining situation.
I see that their "100% satisfaction" guarantee is just a hollow marketing line.
