Those Roofers

We had two companies provide an estimate for replacing the shingles on our large gambrel roof. Initially we were weary of going with the (substantially) lower quote. Once the old shingles were removed we found the boards underneath were shot and it needed to be resheeted as well. The additional cost of resheeting brought the cost up, but the end total was still lower than the higher quote we received. There were a few more obstacles that made this a difficult job, including inclement weather. But Those Roofers went above and beyond all of our expectations. Addressing all of concerns immediately. Including the clean up. From estimate to roof completion Doug & Jeff were top notch professionals and earned our recommendation and future referrals.

We were so pleased with their work the first time we hired Jeff and his team for a second job this summer. Professional, efficient, and a fair price. Not a shingle or nail in the yard to be found when they left. Great experience. (X2)

I hired Those Roofers to remove and replace the shingles on my house and detached garage. The quality of service was very good and they were the lowest quote that I received. The only minor complaint was that the need to delay the installment date due to poor weather could have been better communicated. Overall though it was a job well done and I have recommended them to others.

I hired Those Roofers to fix a leak in my roof. Their pricing seemed reasonable and they worked very efficiently - in and out in one day. They were pleasant to work with and communication was easy.

Those Roofers came to replace both a flat and a sloped roof. The quality of service was very poor as they drank at lunch and then got back up on the roof, even when I asked them not too. They also didn’t finish the flat roof properly and when I called them, it took three months for them to get back to me.

I hired Those Roofers to replace the roof with fibreglass shingles and put a skylight in. They did a super job, they were very clean, on time, and were well priced. Although they provided good materials, they were willing to work with my choices and listened to my ideas. Overall, they did everything right.

I hired Those Roofers to do the roof at my cottage. They were quick to give an estimate and were significantly lower than other roofing company quotes. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and stayed until the job was done. There was a complication with the roof that was not observable prior to beginning the project. However, they resolved the problem and did not charge me more than the estimate.

I found Those Roofers in a flyer. They came right away to give a quote and were reasonable. They worked fast and were clean, leaving no mess. However, they overlapped some shingles onto my neighbour’s house and would only fix it for an additional cost.

After owning a house for a few years I have paid very high costs on roofing issues. By word of mouth I called in Those Roofers to look at the side of my house where the bathroom windowsill came off and water came into my newly renovated living room. Doug from Those roofers showed up reassured me it can be fixed. And right away started working on it. He did a GREAT job with blocking out the water and rebuilding a new windowsill looks new. And it has been a few days with snow and rain I have NOT had any water come in. Doug told me If water was to come in not to hesitate to call him back. I recommend Those Roofers to everyone. They show up when they say they would, worked hard and Very friendly and more then fair in price compared to the bigger roofing company's who over charge and don't care you and try to add more cost my inventing new problems. I am very Satisfied with those Roofers.

Did a re-roof for one of my clients and they are extremely happy. On one of my jobs they came out to do a repair and you cannot tell where the repair was done as they matched everything up so well.
Doug is very courteous and professional and conscientious.
Will use them again in the future!
