In my 38 years of life, this was the worst customer service I have ever had. I am not exaggerating. I am beyond being angry about the arduous months long screwing around I have received from them. They have nice stuff but their customers services is THE WORST. Nobody at the "help" line seems to know what is going on. Their computer system is dysfunctional. Half the time it either hung up on me when I called or called me to hang up on me. The sales person wouldn't take responsibility when she sold us a couch that wasn't the color that they have. It turned out that the couch they had in the show room was old and worn in, and, after I showed the pictures of the couch they delivered and the couch at the showroom to the delivery guys, even they thought it was a different couch and took back the one they delivered. Now, 4 months later, I still don't have the couch I bought. I keep calling to arrange the delivery and they say they will call me back to arrange the time but don't call. IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON"T SHOP AT ASHLEYS!
