We had our blinds cleaned by Doug, who was very efficient and professional. They were taken down, processed, and re-hung in an hour and a half and they're meticulously clean. We're very pleased with the job he did!

Called Men in Kilts, we were putting our house up for sale and it was a busy time. One side of our house in particular had siding that wasn't looking that great so we wanted to get it cleaned, and also have some old christmas lights taken down that the previous owner had left up. The gentleman showed up on time and understood the directions, he got everything done quickly as well. Unfortunately about an hour after he left when the siding started to dry we were left with some awful black streaks, it looked like the cleaning just stirred up loose dirt causing it to drip down. I called up Men in Kilts to see if they would be able to come back and have a look, but didn't get a call back. About a week later I received a customer satisfaction survey call and I let them know about the problem, they said they would get back to me. About 3 weeks later they called back and told me they were putting a $20 credit on my account which was actually kind of insulting. Because the house was being listed I went to home depot and bought an extendable broom handle myself and scrubbed the siding for an hour to get it looking great.

Cody arrived in perfect time. We walked through the house and then he went to work cleaning the windows, according to his system - top, bottom, and then main, which put him at the front door as he finished - very effective. The windows look gorgeous. They seem to sparkle with cleanliness. It's a joy to look outside and see clearly. Cody was courteous, efficient, experienced, and professional in his language and work. He is a superb window cleaning technician. He has an excellent work ethic that I appreciate.

The technician for Men In Kilts was very personable, quick and did a great job on the windows. He also cleaned the screens for me and the front door glass (inside and out).

The guys did a great job but they forgot one window. It was difficult to get in contact with the Calgary office to have someone come back. I had to call the Call Centre several times over the course of a week before I got a date and time booked.

The Men In Kilts technicians were very professional, friendly and they got right to the work, wasting no time. I will definitely have them return for more services next spring.
