Davesducts

We recently had our 40+ year old furnace replaced and decided it was time to clean the ducts. We have lived in the house for 22 years and never had this done, in spite of the numerous offers we get over the phone! I found Dave's Duct cleaning on the Home Stars site and was impressed with the reviews and the fact that the company responded to their customer's comments.

I was not disappointed. Everything was handled in a very professional manner (from booking with Stanley, to reminders, cleaning and follow-up). On the day of the appointment, I was kept informed as to when the crew would arrive. They arrived early!

Brendan and his crew were great! They were knowledgeable and professional. They explained what was going to be done and how it would be done. They kept me informed throughout the process and didn't mind my curiosity. They showed me before and after pictures - even downloaded them on my computer. They even showed concern for our old cat - who spent the afternoon hiding under a bed!

One thing that really stood out for me was how clean these guys kept the place - I really didn't know what to expect - especially given how dirty the vents were. It was a very positive experience and I have already started recommending the service to my friends.
