Rick showed up the same day I called, he was well prepared with mask, gloves and shoe covers. He was courteous, explained everything as he was performing the repair and even cleaned up behind our washer which wasn't even part of his job. Our washer is working like new again. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends!!
