Rick showed up the same day I called, he was well prepared with mask, gloves and shoe covers. He was courteous, explained everything as he was performing the repair and even cleaned up behind our washer which wasn't even part of his job. Our washer is working like new again. We had our furnace repaired today by Reliance under our Maintenance Contract with them. Jason and Steve were extremely professional, polite, very informative about what parts needed to be replaced and had us up and running in no time.
