Rick at AC Appliance Repair came recommended to me by a friend. He was both punctual and professional. When I called to book the service appointment I told him what had happened and he asked for the model and serial numbers of the appliance needing service. As a result, when he arrived and diagnosed the problem he had the necessary part with him! I put the call in to him this morning and after only one visit, the same day nonetheless, my oven is working again. Thank you Rick; I will definitely recommend AC Appliance Repair!

Rick was very prompt in his response and was extremely helpful. He changed the stuck water filter in our fridge and also investigated why the water was still not flowing well and returned the following day with the required part and fixed the problem. I would recommend Rick anytime.
