Rick came within a couple of hours when called and partially diagnosed the problem over the phone. He arrived with the right part and quickly fixed a burnt-out fan motor. He was polite, calling me back with his arrival time; knowledgeable and even gave me tips on preventative maintenance. I would definitely call him back for any service work. Thanks again Rick!
