CityBoxes - Rental Moving Boxes

The boxes and packing paper were very useful for packing. The delivery of boxes was convenient for me and it was easy to arrange the delivery time with Andrew. Also thanks to Andrew for his kind advise. I would definitely choose CityBoxes again if I move in the future.

Andrew & Cityboxes.ca was fantastic and he was more than accommodating. He offered advice, dropped off and picked up the boxes when I was done. If I move again (hopefully not), I will gladly use this company again.

When I was done reading online reviews trying to find the best boxes in the city, I emailed CityBoxes.ca to place the order. Andrew replied promptly that all boxes were sold out! No wonder - their prices are so good! But he told me that he would keep me in mind in case somebody cancels. Lucky for me somebody did cancel, and I got the boxes the same day! The service was great! Andrew recommended getting some bubble wrap and paper that came in so handy during packing! I’d definitely recommend CityBoxes to everyone, they make moving way easier!

Andrew did an excellent job and had a few good recommendations re. moving. Make sure you order the dolly with it - makes moving your boxes around for unloading so much easier.

No one likes moving and packing and then the unpacking is overwhelming having to get rid of boxes well no need for that hassle call Andrew he will hook you up an you will never want to deal with boxes again his bins are perfect for any types of moves and his service is amazing and affordable Andrew truly makes moving more enjoyable I highly recommend city boxes over any other company . My family will be using Andrew's bins again next year for another move .

This is a terrific service and I recommend it to anyone who is moving. Andrew was punctual, helpful, friendly and communicative. He was in touch immediately after I contacted his company and showed up exactly when he said. The boxes he supplied were so much better than the cardboard boxes I had used in the past, since they stacked well and could be moved on a dolly. The price is extremely reasonable. We needed to keep some of the boxes a little longer and the additional cost was minor. This was the best part of the moving experience. Andrew and his boxes made it almost painless.

Moving is the worst. Really...! Having a service like cityboxes just makes the whole thing less painful. You no longer have to go and find a million cardboard boxes to put your stuff in. There is a lot of services like this in Toronto but CItyBoxes stands out because of its customer service. Andrew was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely accommodating when we ask him if he could pick the rental boxes a day early.

Cityboxes is the reason I signed up for this site to leave this review and I am a lazy lazy lazy person! That alone speaks volumes.

Andrew @ Cityboxes was the definition of perfect customer service, the entire experience was one of the best transactions I have ever had. They got boxes to us within a day of notice, were exceptionally friendly and communicated well. The price was reasonable and it was great to not have to scrounge boxes to make the move. The product really is incredibly handy and made the move a lot easier. I would certainly go this route again.

If that was the extent of the whole process I would easily rate them 10/10.

However, they went one step further... about 20 minutes after they departed after picking up the boxes, they returned with a pair of my daughters shoes that must have been left in one of the boxes. Not many people would take this extra step and I really appreciate it!

If you are thinking about going with CityBoxes, I can't recommend them more. The product is great, makes moving a lot easier and the service is some of the best I've ever had.
