Cityboxes is the reason I signed up for this site to leave this review and I am a lazy lazy lazy person! That alone speaks volumes.
Andrew @ Cityboxes was the definition of perfect customer service, the entire experience was one of the best transactions I have ever had. They got boxes to us within a day of notice, were exceptionally friendly and communicated well. The price was reasonable and it was great to not have to scrounge boxes to make the move. The product really is incredibly handy and made the move a lot easier. I would certainly go this route again.
If that was the extent of the whole process I would easily rate them 10/10.
However, they went one step further... about 20 minutes after they departed after picking up the boxes, they returned with a pair of my daughters shoes that must have been left in one of the boxes. Not many people would take this extra step and I really appreciate it!

If you are thinking about going with CityBoxes, I can't recommend them more. The product is great, makes moving a lot easier and the service is some of the best I've ever had.
