The customer service was exceptional. Kevin took the time to explain the difference between tubs we have looked at, price points and even explained we could customize our tub and colours to suit or wants. Looking forward to spending time in our tub for years to come!

When we went to look for a hot tub we already had an idea of what we wanted. When we met Kevin, he took the time to explain pros vs. Cons in just about every aspect of the hot tub. ie. tub size vs price, optional upgrades, price negotiation. He took us to his yard to explain differences in size of the tubs. I don't think we could have asked for better service! Friendly, professional and experienced. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy. Actually I have already told many people how exited we are & where we are getting out Tub from. Thank you Kevin for making this big purchase a reality.

My wife and I have been in the market for a new hot tub recently and stopped in to Premium Wholesale as part of our search. We were met by Kevin at the store who took the time to ask what we were looking for and what our preferences were. He made suggestions and explained the different spas and what the numbers meant on each. He listened but at no time pressured us into any decision. We finished our business past the store closing time but Kevin never once made us feel he was in a hurry to close 'on time'. Fantastic service and very informative. The salesperson was friendly and spent over an hour helping me select a hot tub based on my needs, as well as explaining all of the features of the hot tub and comparison to other brands. Very satisfied :)

I love the tub the twilight 8.2. We are happy we got it. Delivery was perfect. Easy set up and stuff was very nice answering very question we had.

The service co-ordinator, Chris, and I had several discussions about a cap for one of the water diverters not sealing properly to the orifice.
He suggested a number of possible fixes for me to try - at no cost - before finally deciding that a service call was the only way to get this problem solved. For the service call Chris brought a number of diverter packages and was able to fix the problem in about 15 minutes.
During the service call he also looked at filters and spa cover and made suggestions for replacement parts.
Overall the service call was well worth the $140 spent.

This is our first hot tub spa. After much research we settled on the Master Spa line. Kevin took the time to listen to our needs and walk us though the brand lines with detailed explanation of features. After we had selected a spa Kevin was honest and creative in reducing our cost on the unit. We are very happy and look forward to the install process as well as on going support from the team at Home and Leisure Wholesale.

We purchased the spa at the expo in Barrie, to start off the salesman misled us on a few issues and details pertaining to the tub. He further advised that the spa will be delivered within a week and will include all the necessary start-up chemicals. We were further advised that upon the delivery of the spa someone will guide us through the start up process and explain the basics.

To make a long story short, there were a few flaws in the "salesman's" sales pitch at the expo. We were initially frustrated upon delivery due to a number of issues, partly due to misleading information by the expo salesman, and partly due to our lack of knowledge. We left a voice mail with Premium Wholesale Home and Leisure, and received a call from Kevin the next morning. Kevin was in simple words everything the "salesman" was not. Kevin was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. The issues we originally had have been promptly and professionally corrected and resolved. Kevin went above and beyond our expectations to make the situation right! In essence he transformed a very disappointed first customer, into a happy and loyal client for along time. I can honestly say that I will buy again with confidence from Home and Leisure and I have no issue or restrains recommending them to others.

Many thanks to Kevin for giving us great money saving tips for our new hot tub purchase. We went to an expo in Barrie a couple weeks ago, and made a purchase. We wanted to get some information prior to getting delivery of our new hot tub. Kevin was very helpful. Thanks guys!!!

The sales staff helped us find exactly what we wanted in our price range and took the time to educate us on many features that we hadn't considered. Hot tub came right on schedule and the delivery staff kept us informed throughout.
