My wife and I have been in the market for a new hot tub recently and stopped in to Premium Wholesale as part of our search. We were met by Kevin at the store who took the time to ask what we were looking for and what our preferences were. He made suggestions and explained the different spas and what the numbers meant on each. He listened but at no time pressured us into any decision. We finished our business past the store closing time but Kevin never once made us feel he was in a hurry to close 'on time'.
