The service co-ordinator, Chris, and I had several discussions about a cap for one of the water diverters not sealing properly to the orifice. He suggested a number of possible fixes for me to try - at no cost - before finally deciding that a service call was the only way to get this problem solved. For the service call Chris brought a number of diverter packages and was able to fix the problem in about 15 minutes. During the service call he also looked at filters and spa cover and made suggestions for replacement parts. Overall the service call was well worth the $140 spent.
