Dmitri the sales guy was terrific. Great service and advice provided. The installers did a great job. All in all, I'm very satisfied. Scope of work: 7 windows and a double front door.

From the sales consulting at the showroom to the 2 professional and courteous installers sent to remove the old entrance door and install the beautiful new entrance door - every step of the process was excellent. We highly recommend Alma and will make sure to use them again.

Leon and his team at Alma (Alex, Yuri,Sergei & the installer) are incredible! We had 2 entrance doors, a patio door and a window replaced. Initial meeting with Leon was very professional. I explained what I needed and timeline we required, which was pressing. Leon went above and beyond our expectations in accommodating our requirements, delivery and installation. Leons's word is "golden", he told us that the project would be started and completed by a certain date.....and it was! Customer service was outstanding. We highly recommend Leon and Alma Windows for your upcoming projects. Extremely pleased in Oakville.
