Dmitri the sales guy was terrific. Great service and advice provided. The installers did a great job. All in all, I'm very satisfied. Scope of work: 7 windows and a double front door.

We had 4 windows and a sliding door installed over the long weekend. I was extremely adamant on the installation date and having it completed in one day so that we could enjoy Thanksgiving with a fully completed house. Dmitri, the sales associate, was one of the most pleasant representatives we had let into our home while searching for the right company. He was knowledgeable about the products and respectful of our timelines. He had guaranteed the service would be completed to our utmost expectations. As it turns out, he was right. Quantum delivered on their promise with time to spare. The windows and sliding door look immaculate. Dmitri had also recommended an upgrade for the glass and door handle, which accentuates the new look quite significantly. The crew cleaned up their work stations and finished the work flawlessly. Overall we were really pleased and it became the topic of conversation throughout the holidays. My basement was completed in December of 2013. Eleina and her team finished off my basement beautifully, and put in a much needed sauna and a gym in as well. It was good craftsmanship, a very easy going and professional crew. They didn't give us hard time when we changed vanity and mirror after our plans were made. Eleina from customer service responds after hours and I always felt looked after. I definitely recommend BasementBro to everyone.
