Best Flat Roof

Contacted Oleg based on the good reviews(I'm not sure if he knows how well reputed he is). The price was not cheapest but not the most expensive either.
His crew showed up on time, completed on time and did a superb job with removing the flat roof and installing the new one.
I'm really happy with the end result and highly recommend him for any size job.

Oleg and his team replaced my flat roof and installed a deck on the roof. The roof was very well sealed and the deck was professionally installed and it looks very nice. I like it. They have offered 10 years warranty on their work. great job. I highly recommend their services.

Oleg and his team were impressive in all aspects of their work. Oleg came to visit personally, was right on time, did the inspection himself, and gave an informative quote - more relevant than the other two quotes we received. The quote was also better than the other two (by quite a bit), which was especially surprising since they offer a 10-year warranty and one of the other companies only offered 5 years. He laid out the options and the one possibility of the quote varying (if wood underlayer needed replacing). When a couple of months later we called to book, they were able to fit us in very quickly, and it being a small job, they worked from 7:30am-7:30pm to get it done in one day, despite having to tear up 5 layers of existing asphalt. The final price was exactly as quoted (no wood needed replacing), and they cleaned up the job very well. I was all around impressed with Oleg and his crew, who give the larger companies a serious run for their money.

I am glad I went with them. Oleg is professional and he quoted me a fair price. He was able to provide me with before and after pictures. It was nice that I didn't have to paid him until about 2 weeks after the work was complete and after it rained a few times. It shows he wanted to make sure there were no leaks. Also comes with a 10 year warranty.

I have a 46 year old flat roof house. I took ownership of the property 6 years ago and I replaced the roof with other company. It leaked every year. Whenever we called for service, they came and fixed the problem. But the leakage went on in other places. I was completely fed up. I didn't have second quote and directly went with this company after i read the previous review. It turned out to be a right decision. As for the workmanship, the Best Flat Roof and the previous company are like day and night. Yes it is more expensive. But you get what you paid for. By the way, the owner is very cool; he doesn't require deposit on signing of the contract. He even told me you can pay me in full after you use the roof for a while with tests from heavy rainfall and snow. I almost forced him to accept payment on project completion. I think that is how confident the company is.

After discovering a small leak in my roof I found myself calling countless roofers, most of which seemed hell bend on overcharging me as much as 400% (as compared to another flat roof on the 2nd floor of the property - same sq ft). Oleg was great and direct about pricing and the scope of work and that needed to be done. I would highly recommend using his services and avoid the riff raff that pose as roofing companies.

I called 4-5 companies before finally finding this company. They already had a great reputation and I'm very happy that I did business with them. Oleg was very polite and reliable. He stripped my old roof to bare boards, insulated and replaced it. He took pictures of all the stages and was very professional. He didn't ask for any money upfront or deposits, etc. Bottom line, he did the job right, gave me the best price AND peace of mind. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They replaced our badly leaking roof with four layers including new plywood. I wish I had called sooner before all the interior damage . They did two of my next door neighbours houses and everyone was happy with them . I would recommend them. Oleg always answered the phone and returned my emails

Oleg and his team did a fantastic job, at a price much better than others have quoted. The results look great and expertly done.
Even the alley between the houses looked better than ever after the clean-up.

I will call Oleg again for other exterior work we are considering - and will not even bother to seek other quotes.
