Oleg and his team did a fantastic job on my flat roof. The crew was experienced, thoughtful detailed and quick and they left everything clean after the work was done. We own a home in the heart of downtown toronto. After many attempts to find a contractor who would take on the project we found Oleg on homestars. He came promptly to give us a quote.
He gave us a fair price on completely stripping 4 layers of old flat roofing and replacing with a new one and was able to commence the job immediately. The home is situated in a very busy area of town. No access to backyard except through the home. A very narrow street with no driveway and only street parking which is usually all taken up. There are bike lanes on the other side of the street as well to contend with. Acknowledging all these factors Oleg was more than willing to take on the challenge. The crew arrived at 4am to deliver the material before any traffic had begun. They were able to secure some parking in front of the house and made a custom shoot to throw down the garbage so as not to damage anything in the surrounding area. They had to contend with my father(a retired roofer) who stood by them and watched over them the whole time. They were courteous, friendly and they cleaned up the mess and left everything unharmed. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks a million Oleg.

We have a third floor deck that had been damaged by squirrels who ate a giant hole and were living beneath the deck boards. When invited to quote the job, Oleg came out quickly, gave us a quote that was better than anyone else's and included replacing the wood deck, not just doing the roof repair. The other quotes we got were for the roof work but didn't include the deck construction. The job was scheduled quickly and the work was done professionally and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Oleg and his team were exceptional, coming in on a Saturday to complete the roof repair for myself and neighbour. We received a total of 4 quotes with 3 relatively around the same price point. Three of the four also recommended the same repair solution. One backed out due to concerns with the neighbours older shingled roof. We ultimately decided to go with BestFlatRoofs based on what we concluded was the best repair solution AND some additional recommendations Oleg made to enhance the overall roof structure going forward as well as energy savings. And while they were trying to get us slotted into their work schedule, they placed a protective tarp over the roof to prevent further damage to our bathroom ceiling, which was a great thing especially with the rains that we got in the last ten days since we first discovered our roof problems.

After the work was done, they cleaned up every bit of the old roof. Not even a nail could be found. And they replaced all deck furnishings back to their original locations.
