JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning

I called out several companies when our old furnace needing replacing. James was the most professional and gave the best explanation of the job. He was clear and concise, and very detailed. His quote was reasonable, the timeline to replace the furnace was amazing, and the customer service and follow up can't be beat. I would very highly recommend this company, and I will use them again for any other home heating or cooling needs.

Last year (Sept 2014) JPS Home Heating installed our new Goodman furnace. The furnace has been working great, and our energy bills are definitely lower. JPS provided a very good price, did a good installation, and they were prompt and professional. We spent a lot of time researching furnaces and getting quotes from other companies before we decided to go with JPS, and we don’t regret that decision; we would have no problems recommending them for furnace replacement.

We hired JPS Home Heating to replace our Furnace and air conditioner.Prices were higher than others but with the service and quality we got, i feel like it was well worth our money.

James, owner of JPS Heating, got me out of a huge problem with a previous HVAC contractor. Unlike most of the HVAC companies that I called, James was willing to finish another contractors work and pull a City of Calgary permit. The work entailed configuring an newly bought for a secondary suite and ensuring the stringent City of Calgary HVAC building codes for secondary suites were met.

When there was an issue with performance of the new furnace, James took responsibility for the problem and had it fixed.

I also needed humidifiers installed on both of my furnaces - JPS Heating was able to match another very competitive quote.

I called JPS Home Heating and Air Conditioning for a potential issue with my furnace. They responded quickly and overall good attentive service. Will use them again in the future.

I currently built a home so I was on a budget to find the perfect air conditioner for my home. The business owner was able to give me a lot of information on the different types of units that were within my price range. He was honest about the quality of each brand as well. I ended up with a Carrier unit.. 2.5ton, 13 seer for $2200 which I think is fair based on other quotes I've been given elsewhere.
