After the installation was complete I had a few questions and he returned to my house after I called him... on a Sunday night!

Honest and thorough job done by Shawn. We live in an old 1800's row house in Toronto and Shawn was not discouraged by this job. He installed our AC after coming to give us an estimate and our options. We felt the quote was very reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner and more importantly done right. This was key as there was a heat wave the next week. I would highly recommend Shawn and Bassett Mechanical to anyone.

I can't say enough how impressed we were with Shawn from Bassett Mechanical. Our Air Conditioner died the evening of one of the hottest says of Summer and I frantically called our usual gas guy for help. He recommended Shawn. I called Shawn (who had just finished work for the day) and he dropped everything and came right away! He did absolutely everything to save our old unit before determining we needed a new one (we already knew it's days were numbered, we had multiple previous problems with it). He had located and installed a new unit by the next morning, and now our house is gloriously freezing! Shawn is very professional and extremely knowledgable. His pricing is very fair as well, and he completely cleaned the area where he was working when he was done. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

I renovated my basement and added a bathroom and the guys from Bassett Mechanical took care of all my moving of duct work, installed my bathroom fan and venting, moved my dryer vent pipe, moved and reinstalled my furnace vent piping. These guys were 100% professional, very helpful and friendly. They took the time to make everything right and helped my reno stay on time and on budget. These guys are pros and I would highly recomend them for any HVAC work required. Actually planning on using them in my new house to install a new air conditioner and install a new tankless water heater. Their pricing can not be matched and their friendly service shows how much they care about what they do.

Customers beware!!! This company requested payment before proper completion of the ductwork. The City inspection did not pass and they refused to come back to fix the problems. Numerous phone calls and emails were never returned. I would NEVER refer this company.
