Pronto Roofing

I hired Pronto two weeks ago and they came as promised and did a very competent and professional job on my roof. I am also impressed that they not only used premium quality vents but also, at no additional cost, installed a new vent for our bathroom fan which was previously installed without an external roof vent.

Poor job on our roof. We had to call 4 times to get them to show up as promised. When they did the roof cap they used scrap shingles. The cap looks very poor. Called them and they said not to worry as it was ok. Never returned as promised to look at the complaint. Do not use this company.

We hired Pronto Roofing to redo the main part of our roof, as it was in a very bad state. The job ended up being more labour intensive as originally thought since there were three layers of shingles that had to be removed and a lot of rotted wood that had to be replaced (however, they still remained fairly close to their original quote). Pronto Roofing worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. They are very proud of their work, and took pictures so we could see the before and after. It was obvious they did a wonderful job that we were extremely happy with.
