Right after the winter holidays we were relocating our offices. Our lease was up and we started looking for a moving company that would help us out with the move. Our premises were pretty big, 5600 Sq feet. I called in 4 different companies to give us an estimate. One of them was Alex from Accurate movers. Their price was second lowest, but what impressed me the most was the efficiency and the thorough manner in which he explained to me their services. He had a whole presentation prepared. He spent about 1 and 1/2 hours going through everything that they do, and explained step by step their work process. The insurance that they carry of up to 5 million was also an important factor for us. We picked them and on the moving date Alex was there with the crew all day supervising the move and making sure that everything was moving along smoothly. They were true to their word. I have already recommended them to my friend who has also used them and had the same amazing service.

We were moving an antique china cabinet that was my grandparents’. I often admired this piece and when it was passed down to me I was thrilled. I was really worried about it making a move but my fears were unfounded. Accurate Movers took such pains to make sure it arrived in perfect condition.
Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant. The team who picked up as well as the ones who delivered were super careful with my things. They delivered my cabinet on time and with complete accuracy.

We called many companies and decided to go with Accurate Moving after speaking with Igor. He made us feel very comfortable with the whole process of moving. He helped to do a price match with another company that gave us a lower price and then even was able to beat that price by a little. The movers who came on the moving day were professional and overall nice people. We really thought that the move would be more crazy and aggravating but in the end it was very easy to work with this company and the guys who did the actual HEAVY LIFTING.

After much research and lots of phone calls my wife and I decided to go with accurate moving for our move out to Ottawa. Price that these guys gave us was a little higher than the others ($3100) but we felt that they were offering the best service for our needs. The movers who came on the moving day were courteous and knew what they were doing. They handled everything with care and made sure all of our furniture and boxes got safely to our new place.

It's very hard to find a moving company that you can really trust with your personal belongings and I'm very glad that I went with Accurate. Great service from start to finish. I was helped by a young man named Igor for a house move from Thornhill to North York and he was amazingly helpful. Igor made himself very accessible and answered all my questions about the process! The rate was very reasonable for a whole house move. The moving team who picked up and delivered my items was extremely nice and professional.

My items were picked up on a Saturday and delivered on Sunday afternoon. We had to wait for the people to move out of my new house. I was notified beforehand when my things would be picked up and delivered and to the new area. There was no hidden fees and all of my furniture was delivered without a scratch. I would definitely recommend Accurate to people, and I would surely use them again.

If you're looking for a very reliable, hard working and honest company, you should definitely call these guys. They moved us last month from Richmond Hill to Toronto and they did a great job. They were on time and packed up everything. The move went through quickly and smoothly. We were glad with the whole move. They really are a great company with a very good crew of workers.

I hired Accurate moving to help us move in from Hamilton to Etobicoke. They were amazing from the moment these guys showed up. They didn't stop moving; they just kept lifting all the boxes and furniture and loaded the truck, quickly. They didn't even complain when the elevator stopped working and they had to carry the last of the items down 4 stories. My sister and I were not only very impressed by their efficiency, but also by how nice and courteous they were and how hard they all worked. I just had a pleasure of using services of this company and decided to leave a feedback. Heres what happened
I registered online for a moving quote. After getting tons of calls I decided to go with the first company that called me. The price was good and I went ahead and gave my deposit, I spoke with Mike at Accurate Movers. He explained the moving business to me and all about his company and the way they work. The movers did exactly what they were supposed to do and they were trained professionals. They are truly the real deal. I really enjoyed the personal touch, it was like having your friends helping you out.

"I had never used movers before, and I would never try moving on my own again. I used these guys a few weeks ago and they were super-efficient. All of my stuff that was not boxed was wrapped quickly. Nothing was damaged and even a few of my pegs from my bookcase which had fallen out were wrapped with the bookcase. They arrived a little early and worked hard all day long to make the move as quick as possible. Go Accurate.

To the extent that a moving day can be easy and pleasant this is the company I’ve had the most positive results while dealing with Accurate. They gave us a quote to move my home back in February, for the total of $2350 - I thought that was a little pricey so I went with another company which offered me a lower price and who told me a bunch of pretty stories but were basically untrue. When they who I wont name came to pick me up they wanted $3800 (WHAT!), so I canceled and called Accurate Movers again. They were super nice about it and were able to come out the next morning and pick me up, my price stayed the same except I forgot to pack the glass top on my patio table (which cost $20) and of course I tipped the guys. I realy hope people learn from my bad experience, do not go with lowball offers; you get what you pay for! Thanks Accurate team for helping me out last minute and for the great job.
