This man was a pro. He is a scientist, and he took care of the problem, and he did not soak us, as other companies were willing to do. I would only recommend him.

I am extremely satisfied with my service from Pest Solution Services. From our initial conversation, I knew that Muhammad was very knowledgeable. Being an entomologist, he was able to educate me on the lifecycle of bedbugs, their behaviour and how they are spread. With this information I was able to learn how to prevent the issue from happening again. He worked long hours and with extreme detail with the most effective techniques to rid my home of bedbugs. My children and I can now sleep soundly knowing we wont wake up with bites and wont spread them to our family members. Muhammad showed up in an unmarked van, which was very comforting to know that the neighbours wouldnt be aware of my issue. Bedbugs can be embarrassing but he assured me that it can happen to anyone and that I had nothing to be ashamed of. His kindness, patience and attention to detail was remarkable. We had an infestation of bugs and didn't know what to do. We got Muhammad's name from a friend who had similar problems and who spoke very highly of him.

Muhammad responded to our call immediately and came by within hours to survey the situation, and arranged to come back the following morning with his equipment. Once he was done, he followed up with us and then came by to check that the bugs were all gone. Whenever we had questions he was very responsive.

My whole experience with this company was amazing. Muhammad came and treated my roommates room, and got rid of the bed bugs in one treatment. It hardly disrupted our life we couldn't believe it!
