We were concerned that we might have bed bugs in our home. Muhammad came and checked our bedrooms and living area and reassured us that we did not have bed bugs. He showed us carpet beetle larvae on our box spring mattresses. Gave us full explanation on how theses beetles function and how they can affect some people. Red spots on my legs and stomach. He told us how we could get rid of them ourselves and what type of cleaning needed to be done without using chemicals. We did what he said and have not seen carpet beetles since. I texted him a couple of times and he immediately responded with answers. Very helpful would definitely use him again.

He had endless patience for our never-ending questions and worries about prevention and treatment, and put us at ease, reassuring us throughout the inspection, extermination, and follow-up that the bugs would be gone and they actually were gone. As part of the treatment, he included mattress covers and interceptors and he even installed our new headboard in the follow-up.

Muhammad is more than your typical pest control guy. He's super knowledgable and willing to share what he knows to prevent future problems. He not only treated our home (1 of the bedrooms had an infestation) but he acted as both an educator and counsellor too. He was great at providing essential information so we could prepare the room so he could get the job done right. He was non-judgmental, calming, informative, professional and super thorough. He advised on the importance of 'IPM' (integrated pest management) and stressed that bed bugs are here to stay and that it is our job to 'manage' and control what and where we can.
