Muhammad responded to our call immediately and came by within hours to survey the situation, and arranged to come back the following morning with his equipment. Once he was done, he followed up with us and then came by to check that the bugs were all gone. Whenever we had questions he was very responsive.
Muhammad is incredibly meticulous and detail-oriented in his approach. He is a lovely man, kind and caring... We felt very taken care of. We'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Muhammad!
