I was moving out of my previous place and had previously booked another carpet steaming company, however due to illness they had to cancel but I needed someone the same day since my final walkthrough was the next day.

After calling several companies some who weren't available and some who were charging highway robbery, Jay was available the same day which he mentioned was very rare as they are booked up weeks in advance. It did cost a little extra due to the same day late night charge but a regular advance booking is very reasonable. Even with the extra charge it was still reasonable.

I am extremely happy with their service from calling customer service to dealing with Jay for the cleaning.

They did an excellent job, have reasonable rates and have unparalleled customer service.

I will continue to use their services in the future and will recommend them to everyone that needs a carpet cleaning service.

Jay was prompt (actually early) and completed his work in a timely manner and did his best on my carpets, it was nice to see them as clean as they could be and also a little more raised. He got all the edges and treated me well. The price was fair for the work done.

The online booking was very convenient, and I was able to book for just a couple days out as opposed to waiting weeks. Jay was prompt, courteous, and did a very good job! Price was as good or better than other quotes as well.

Found Greg at the home show and have been amazed with the versatility of the product that he provides. Price wise the cost per foot is better than the granite or quartz with checked out. The possibilities, and uses, for the product appear to be endless and Greg's ability to deliver on his word and help us design has been exceptional. Concrete may not be for everyone but we are pleased that we found surface concepts and went with the product and Greg.

What a company!
My neighbor contacted them about a cleaning deal for the apartment block. If she could get so many to have the carpets done on the same day, we could get a deal. I went for it and am I ever glad I did. The price was great and my carpets have never looked better. The guy who did the carpet cleaning was very pleasant and kind. He even went beyond the job and managed to get some paint drops off the carpet. You know, it's those tiny little extras that make all the difference. Would I hire them again? You bet, without a second thought. I've even keep the bill handy so I have their information close at hand.

Steamway gave us excellent services. Arrived five minutes early. The technician was very knowledgeable. We have two dogs one including a puppy so we needed pet stain and odor services and he did an amazing job on our carpets. Was really friendly only took an hour and gave us extra tips to keep carpets clean. Would definitely recommend them to everyone and will definitely be using them again!!
