We had Joe come in a design a wall unit and built in gas fire place for us. We were very pleased with the options he showed us when he started the work, we were given options along the way. Joe was very patient when we changed our minds mid stream :) and when he left the job sigt his tools and stuff where out of the way and did not impact our daily routine.

I woud have no problem or think twice about having Joe in my home to do work again!

Joe removed all the old plaster/lathe and useless insulation from 2 bedrooms in our 90 year old 3 bedroom semi. Joe is not only a great starter but also a great finisher. He made sure he had enough time to perform all the work well and clean up at the end. He worked well with a 3rd party contractor for the spray insulation and even negotiated pricing with them on my behalf. Except for the spray insulation, he did all the work himself: demolition, electrical, drywall, painting, and network/phone cabling.

He asked the right questions throughout the project and we're very happy with the result. Joe rebuilt some trim to match the original in the rest of the house and it's a perfect fit. Great work.

Joe was prompt, gave a thorough estimate, returned emails, calls quickly, knew the by-laws plus technical requirements. He was pleasant, quite honourable and easy to work with. We were very comfortable dealing with him.

After a couple of other bad contractor experiences, I wholeheartedly recommend Joe for his competence and trustworthiness.

Joe did an excellent job on an extensive renovation to our cottage. His work was great on both the structural/technical side and the finish detail as well.

His meticulous planning, photographs and constant communication left us comfortable that everything was being done as we had envisioned.

As we have no construction knowledge, Joe's ability to translate our final vision into a construction plan was critical, and he has a good enough design eye that he picked just the right materials to fit in with the vision.
