Joe removed all the old plaster/lathe and useless insulation from 2 bedrooms in our 90 year old 3 bedroom semi. Joe is not only a great starter but also a great finisher. He made sure he had enough time to perform all the work well and clean up at the end. He worked well with a 3rd party contractor for the spray insulation and even negotiated pricing with them on my behalf. Except for the spray insulation, he did all the work himself: demolition, electrical, drywall, painting, and network/phone cabling. He asked the right questions throughout the project and we're very happy with the result. Joe rebuilt some trim to match the original in the rest of the house and it's a perfect fit. Great work.
