We needed to replace our roof (from Cedar-Shakes into Asphalt-Shingles), and gutters.
We asked for a quote from 5 companies.
JMT's price was the most competitive.
The spec in the quote was high (...which was also delivered), as-well-as the quality of the shingles.
The project has started on-time (as promised), and the work was done with a lot of care to our house and garden.
At the end of each day everything was cleaned as if nobody was there.
John and his team were very friendly, informative, with integrity, and their workmanship was 'top-notch'.
The foreman (Brian) is very nice, and with an on-going 'Customer First' attitude.
A happy team that delivers excellent results and creates happy customers.
John also solved a problem on another roof - which was installed by another company - and refused to be paid for this job.

John and his team are simply the best, at what they do. After researching a number of roof companies, JMT was an easy choice. Just got my roof re-shingled by JMT and couldn't be happier. The price was very competitive and the quality was above and beyond any other roof I've seen done in my area. I had my roof replaced by JMT Roofing recently and am very satisfied with their work. The owner, John, was very friendly and prompt to answer my inquiry. He was also very informative and took time to explain to me what kind of materials and warranty they have, which are all very high quality. JMT has very efficient crew who only took 1 day to replace my roof. They went out of their way to solve some issues I had with leaking around the chimney.The finished roof looks very clean and sturdy. The crew also made sure to clean up around the house once the work was done. Last but not least, their price was very good when compared to other roofing services. Overall, I am very happy with their work and will definitely recommend JMT to my friends and family.
