John, the owner, was honest, forthright and easy to talk to. The work crew was on time, diligent, careful and experienced. They worked hard, and to put it bluntly they were clean compared to other crews I've seen - no foul language, music at a reasonable volume, and just genuinely nice guys. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. They showed up when they said they would and did the work fast and efficiently. The quality of the work and the products is top notch.

We, like a lot of people, were at a loss for who to go to for a new roof. We researched 4 companies, got quotes from 3, then chose JMT. I assure you, from our experience, and that of many others, look no further than JMT. John & his team were great on cost, responsive, and did great quality work. And they said it would be done in 1 day, and it was. JMT are the only ones we'll go to next time we need this type of work done. Thanks John, Keith & crew.

John and his crew tore off our old roof and installed a beautiful new one including replacing all the skylights - all for a very reasonable price. In a few words..Honest, Efficient, Professional and Reliable. The crew showed up on time every day and cleaned everything up at the end of every day. John called every evening to make sure we were happy with the progress. The result is a beautiful roof that we are thrilled with. We have also retained JMT to repaint the exterior of our home and anticipate the same level of expertise. We would HIGHLY recommend JMT for any roofing, gutter, painting needs.

After reading positive reviews, decided to contact JMT to give as an estimate to replace our roof. As soon as I met John, I knew already that he will have my business (gut feeling). I say, he is friendly, knowledgeable and patience. He assessed the roof gave an estimate, recommendation and options. The job was scheduled on April 25 and was told that it will be done at the end of the day. Yup, heard that before and it always turned out that the job will be going for at least for 2 days. Surprise!! Just before the sunset, the crews were packing up and got a call from John telling me that the job is done! During the job, John gave me a call and I was thinking and we go again! From previous experienced,after stripping the old shingles they call you and tell you that your plywood and etc need to be replaced and it will cost you extra hundreds and at times thousands. Not with John, he call to let us know about the progress and he recommended that our roof is still in good shape and everything is going just fine! As promise, no hidden charges, the place was left clean and tidy. Even our tenants are impressed with the crews and their work. They said that the crews kept on working and hardly had any breaks at all. Well, what can I say! Kudos for a job well done and highly competitive price!! Highly recommended for an A1 job and will definitely use your service in the future!

JMT roofing did a fantastic job on my asphalt shingle roof. The crew was great. John the owner was on site both days and pitched in to help the crew with clean up, and inspected the job to ensure it was done top notch. They went the extra mile to replace 3 fascia boards that where rotten. Defiantly would recommend JMT

I 've just had my roof and gutters replaced by JMT and all I can say is, what a touch of class from the start of the job to the end.
If I knew how quick and easy this whole process was going to be id have had it done years ago. I had other quotes from various roofing companies, but upon my meeting with John from JMT I knew that I would be in good hands. With Johns knowledge and passion for roofing, he treated my home with such care and respect. I had John with JMT roofing and Gutters give me a quote to do the roof and gutters on the house; as with a few other companies, John gave me a fair comparable price to the other companies that I got quotes from. He was more than willing to give me a few of the addresses he had just completed, so I could to do some homework on his companies workmanship. I went by a couple houses and was very impressed, his companies workmanship had sealed the deal with me. I had listened to what John and his crew had said regarding the maintenance of my gutters, roof and overall appearance of my house, it will be very helpful in my future endeavours on my house. John and his crew are very knowledgable, organized, respectful, prompt, and all of these qualities are things I look for in a company. I work in the electrical trades so I know the sort of language that goes on when working in this type of environment, and Johns staff were very well spoken Gentleman my wife had told me and I had noticed when returning from work, which in our minds makes them PROFESSIONALS. They had cleaned up the work site after they completed their respected jobs and put our deck furniture back just about as it had been before they started. Couldn't ask for anything more. A Professional company that I would recommend to anyone that asks. I believe I made the right decision after looking at other roofs completed by other companies. If I could have gave them a higher rating I would because they did more then was asked, 110%.
