Lifetime Water Systems Inc.

When they sell you their "best in the world" system, they talk about a lifetime warranty. It appears to be not true. Every time something happens to the system, they ask $120 for a visit. All parts and tools are propitiatory; forget about fixing anything or even changing replaceable parts by yourself. I wish we've never purchased this undeservedly overpriced system.

The Water System is great. My dad had allergies that caused itchiness and eczema. The water change helped to reduce the eczema and completely stop his itchiness. For both health and medical reasons switching to this water is a great choice to make. We have stopped bringing water bottles and since we have had the system, feel healthier. It's expensive but worth it. My only concern is the salt bags that we have to buy to put in the water tank. However, overall, you will see the difference after changing to this water system.

We've been using lifetime Water system for almost 4 years and it has saved us alot of money while providing us with clean water. You can actually see the difference when you drink the water. LIfetime Water systtem will givee you cleaner dishes and cleaner clothes. In the long run Lifetime water saves you alot of money.

we had the system for the past 6 years we are very happy with it, especially when we drink the water is you can taste the difference also when you take shower. i do the yearly maintenance in the system has work great since day one.

The technician was polite and punctual. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very knowledgable. He worked in a cramped cupboard in the kitchen to install the drinking water filter and did a really good job. I found that although the service was good, it was quite expensive. The above cost does include the cost of replacing one of the water filters, but we still found this to be rather expensive.

we spent $5000 for this product and that time (2003) talkative salesman ensure us that this is one time investment. Today I called them to move this to my new home, and they ask me approx. ($400+) to do that. so where is their one time Investment?????????

We bought system two years ago,Since it has been installed our clothes are getting clean again, our kids' dry skin is on the mend and our water tastes great right out of the faucet! You don't realize how bad your water is until you have good clean water to use! what you pay what you get! thanks.

We bought this system almost 12 years ago, sales man told us this is life time system and you have life time warranty on this, specifically I was told that I will never invest any more money other than the initial investment. Few months back we called for service and technician told me that you are looking another 1489+tax to get this system going and it is worth investing this money blah blah …… I told him this supposed to be life time warranty, he asked me to call their office to discuss this matter further and bill me for 100+ dollars, which I paid on the spot.
I called their Mississauga office to discuss the issue and told by the service manager (Paul) the warranty is only five years and it was limited life time not the life time.
Lots of my friends bought similar systems for $1500.00 and still working flawlessly, to me it is not worth investing with this company and if anyone can avoid that please do so, otherwise you will be writing another honest review like me.
