Watermart

We recently moved to Stouffville and noticed a big change in the hardness of the water. Having 2 kids under the age of two the water would leave their skin dry and itchy. After careful review on which water softener and RO system to purchase we decided to go with Watermart because of all the positive reviews on Homestars. We want to thank Dave for helping us choose the water softener and RO system. And another big thank you to Ron for the quick installation, he did an awesome Job!!!

Great service, once again. Technician was punctual, efficient and clean, with no problems. Water pressure is now much improved too. I appreciate the phone call beforehand to remind me of the need for annual service and filter change.

Over the last 4 years, whoever Watermart has sent to us for installation or service has been fantastic. Ken was back this year and was excellent. Not only did he arrive on time, but was efficient and left the area he was working in cleaner than he found it. Thanks Ken!

The annual service of our water purification system was performed by Ken from Watermark. He was on time, performed the work quickly and was very tidy. He also explained the next steps. I would recommend Watermark and Ken.

Scott was right on time to do our annual filter replacement. Despite having a very sore back, he was his usual friendly self and worked quickly. He answered all my questions. Great service. We'll be using them again.

I went with Watermart at a friend's recommendation and they were the first of 3 companies on my "short list" but due to Scott's friendly and amazing knowledge, I didn't even bother with the other 2 companies on my list!

what I loved about these guys was the fact that they just stated the facts about their products; they didn't push me one way or the other (ie. I hate it when companies try to upsell me aka spend more money) so I was very comfortable during our entire conversation.

They were friendly and knowledgeable and installation was fast and efficient.

This is a great company with exceptional customer service. Lauren is pleasant to deal with on the phone when making an appointment. I was very happy with the service Scott provided--he was very friendly and helpful as he replaced my water filters. I will definitely continue to use WaterMart in the future.

Unbelievable service combined with a great product make for an extremely pleasant way of doing business. Everyone I dealt with at Watermart was great. From Dave calling me at 11pm to ensure he responded to my questions right away, to Lauren who worked really hard to ensure that my appointment was convenient to me and last but not least, Scott who is an absolute perfectionist and ensured the install was clean and tidy even in areas that can't be seen. A real pleasure to do business with.
