I went with Watermart at a friend's recommendation and they were the first of 3 companies on my "short list" but due to Scott's friendly and amazing knowledge, I didn't even bother with the other 2 companies on my list!
what I loved about these guys was the fact that they just stated the facts about their products; they didn't push me one way or the other (ie. I hate it when companies try to upsell me aka spend more money) so I was very comfortable during our entire conversation.
They were friendly and knowledgeable and installation was fast and efficient.

I do love hear that we make the "top 3". But what I love to hear more is that a customer doesn't bother to call the other 2. We do have a strict "do not try to "close the deal" or upsell policy". People do like hearing straight talk and that is what we give. I have passed your kind words on to Scott and he passes back his thanks.
