I am very impressed with the service and products Watermart provided. The owner Dave is so knowledgeable and knows his products inside out. He suggested the perfect softener and drinking water unit to me that fit right at my budget. I had no reason to shop around because I know he already offered me the best price he can. Ron was the technician who installed the system for me yesterday. He arrived on time unlike most contractors out there. Again, I am so impressed with the installation. He cleaned everything up after the installation and my kitchen and basement look as if no drilling had happened. I will definitely recommend to any of my friends when they need to get a water softener. Thank you so much for the exceptional service! Job well done!

A few years ago while living in the Toronto area there was news that lead and other contaminates could be in my tap water. As a new father I wanted to protect my growing family from bodily damage that can be caused by drinking contaminated tap water. I began my internet research and as always, I was flooded with vast amounts of information, but I was fortunate to come across the Watermart website. I called Watermart and the owner of the company, Dave, stayed on the phone with me for over an hour explaining the newest technologies, compared the pros and cons of all the available systems, and answering my lengthy questions. I had a 4-stage water filtration system installed in my kitchen and now I have water that tastes like Fiji water at my dispense. Coffee, tea, steamed vegetables, homemade soups, thermoses filled with water – everything tastes clean and natural and is just better. Watermart’s team is completely professional, installation was simple and they now call me once a year to replace my filters at a small cost. During my last filter replacement I spent some time on the phone with Ramy and he explained that my system was modular and I could add additional filters without having to replace my entire system. He also offered to walk me through the setup so I could DIY. Great system. Professional installation and service. Highly recommended.

I've been very happy with my system over the last year. Ijust paid for my first annual service visit, where they change the filters and to my horror it was almost $500. I was not expecting this but was happy to pay it since putting this water system in our house was one of the best thing we ever did.

I had an issue with the air pressure causing the faucet to "pop" each time I turned it on. But after a few emails to Dave, he called me personally to resolve the issue and to apologize for any delay in his response.

I would highly recommend Watermart. I am thrilled with my drinking water and feel good about giving it to my toddler, when there are trace amounts of lead in our pipes. My only regret is that I wish I had installed it sooner.

I have been a loyal Watermart customer for many years because the owner, Dave, has an in-depth knowledge of his products, is meticulous and efficient in his work, and provides unparalleled customer support. If you are concerned about fluoride, lead and feminizing birth control pills in your drinking water, he is the man to talk to. Anyone who chooses to obtain their water treatment equipment from anyone other than Dave is likely suffering from the neurological effects of lead and fluoride, and is incapable of making a rational decision.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They seem to place customer satisfaction above everything else. We had our annual replacement of water filters this evening (I think this was year 3). Scott was "above and beyond" as always. What an amazing ambassador for the company. And what amazing drinking water.

I had a good experience with WaterMart. Their website was helpful (especially the drinking water systems buyer's guide), their sales advice and answers were useful and the installation was smooth. No complaints at all.

They installed:
-- RO filtration system in unfinished basement below kitchen, saving space under the kitchen sink.
--RO water faucet to match our existing kitchen faucet.
--Shower and bath filters.

After speaking with several companies about installing a softener (and even having a couple of consults including one with SeaBreeze Home Solutions) we ended up choosing Watermart to install both a water softener and carbon filter.

Not only were their prices much better BUT they took the time to explain everything so we were confident with our decisions without feeling like we were being sold to.

Everything from the inital discussion all the way through to the intall couldn't have gone better.

There was a small communication lapse between booking the intall and when they actually came but Ken is an amazing installer, with top notch customer service.
He expalined everything to me, showed me my options and then went to work.

I would highly recomend Watermart for your softener and filer needs!

Dave and the team at WaterMart installed a water filter at our office and regularly service the system and filters. They are always prompt, efficient, and friendly - a worthwhile service for healthy water!

We had Ken, from Watermart, come by to do our customary annual maintenance of our home water filtration system. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job, patiently answered lots of questions, and left our home clean and tidy.
Watermart is the only home water filtration company we would ever use. Watermart's products are top-notch and work perfectly, and their service is always excellent. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Watermart. They are the best in everything they do.

They answered all my questions with patience, made a recommendation which suited my needs, and went above and beyond during the installation tidying up other existing piping under the sink.
