Hardwood Giant

We recently bought an older home and are doing some major renovations. When it came time to finding flooring we went to Hardwood Giant. The value of the products at Hardwood Gaint was great. We had done lots of research before purchasing flooring, and Shaik was very helpful to ensure what we purchased was going to meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer service. We went to hardwood giant a few times and each time he very pleasant to work with and gave great advice. Although we only went there to buy flooring, we also bought all our trim and casing.

We just bought a home and intended to change its flooring. While shopping for the flooring needs for the home we just bought, we went to Hardwood Giant's Warden store where we met Shaik. He was very professional and provided me and my wife with an excellent customer service. Shaik explained the Pros and Cons of the different products and provided recommendations based on other customer's experience and his own knowledge. After deciding for the Laminate floors we liked, he explained the delivery timeline based on the transport schedule to the store. The product arrived on time and as promised by Shaik. We also needed under pads for the laminate and even when the store was out of stock at the moment in Warden, Shaik picked it up the following day from their Brampton warehouse by himself and brought it to the Scarborough store to make sure we had the product for our renovation. We'd definitely look for future flooring needs at that store and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to deal with Shaik and have a very rewarding experience. We are extremely satisfied by his service and the product that he supplied to us.

We purchased hardwood flooring from Hardwood Giant in Scarborough to renovate the entire main floor of our house. We were impressed with the end result after installation, what a transformation! We bought a new house and planned to change hardwood on upper level and laminate on basement. As we have been shopping around, we went to Hardwood Giant where we met a Sales Consultant called Shaik. He took time, demonstrated various floors and made our task easier in choosing the floor that we wanted. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We were pleased with his service, knowledge and approach, therefore, ordered 968 square feet of Royal Image Red Oak Musket with installation and 703 square feet Lifestepp Maple Cherry laminate without installation as my general contractor was to do it. He also advised us adequately about our main stairs and basement stairs. We achieved what we wanted. We are happy with Shaik's service and the product he recommended us to buy. We would not hesitate to recommend Shaik for our friends and relatives.

I was looking to put hardwood flooring on ground level at my home. I searched many dealers with very competitive prices, but i finalized my deal with Hardwood Giant (Torbram/Steeles). The main reasons behind it was great quality wood with great finish, which i couldn't find at other dealers. Customer service is outstanding and they helped me in selecting the color and add-ons best for my house and my wallet. Last... but very important. The guys who installed the hardwood sent from Hardwood Giant were real professionals and very courteous and the end result is great job which i will say is more than i expected. I will definitely recommend my friends and everyone out there who are looking for quality material and quality work.

I purchased amazing laminate, safari. This material went down so easy compared other products I purchased at home depot where you needed a mallet and block to install. Very durable ... did 1500sq bungalow main level. I will definitely come back to Brampton Hardwood Giant. Jot (sales rep) at the front desk is really good speak to her. Victor

We bought new wood flooring from Burlington store. Shaik was most helpful in assisting with selection and setting up the installation. Dan and Wayne did a great job installing the flooring and explaining how they were doing it. We had a minor misunderstanding when returning some unneeded product buit that was rectified with Shaik's assistance,

I was driving down Fairview Street in Burlington one day and I caught the slogan "hardwood for soft prices" which I thought was pretty catchy. I was impressed by the selection in their showroom and their competitive pricing. A.J., our sales rep, was great to deal with and very accommodating to our schedule.
