We purchased Hardwood from Giant Hardwood and ran in to some trouble with a salesperson providing wrong information at Scarborough location. When we tried to rectify it Shaik took over our file and went out of his way to help us sort it out in a very professional and sincere courteous manner. Thank you Shaik you managed to retain a customer! I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing hardwood from Giant hardwood to seek Shaiks assistance!
