Our old clay sewer line was almost blocked at different points which caused a backup in our basement. The team managed to unblock it enough to video inspect the lines and was transparent in explaining/showing the problem. Stephen, Vladimir, Roman and the rest of the team did an excellent job at replacing the old clay pipes under the house and outside. The team had the job completed in four days and we had minimal usage of the drain as they worked on the lines which was nice. The area was protected and clean considering the work was done on the sewer lines. I'm very pleased with the work, definitely an A+ experience.

The service representative Alex was very professional and consultative. He gave me options to resolve my issue and the pros and cons of each. He also educated me on the best practices for using the appliance to reduce the number of problems in the future.

Robert is the experienced plumber that was recently sent to my home. Robert was prepared for the job and arrived within the 2 hour time slot. Not only did he discover a problem with the initial installation done at the time of a recent renovation, but he also was able to fix this and other plumbing problems. He offered suggestions for a bathtub hand held shower that works poorly due to bad design, and promised to source out parts. I never thought I would hear back from him but amazingly did within a week with a sourced part that he feels with work with my existing deck set! I am pleased as a new customer of this company.

Terry and team worked very hard to get the work completed in a timely fashion. They kept the area safe and clean. Terry kept me informed and updated on progress regularly. Completed and left everything very clean. Awesome job.

My repairman was named Alex, he was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained his quote, showed me my options, made a recommendation and in less than an hour and he was on his way. Thank you for the speedy service! Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Broken pipe was repair after hours at reasonable rate. Water was leaking in basement and Alex found problem quickly and repaired very quickly. Would definitely use them again.

We had to have our whole sewage system replaced. The job was done in a very professional, efficient manor, within stated time frame and estimated cost. We would definitely recommend or contact the supervisor Stephen Brodar again if another job was required. He and his crew were professional and pleasant to have in our home. They also cleaned up well after the messes created after digging out parts of our basement and lawn.

We had a flood in our basement that required extensive repair. They came in and never left us with any doubt about their competence. Very pro job and to this day Stephen still answer our calls and makes himself available to answer questions without hesitation.
