Our basement floor drain was backing up. Stephen came out right away to diagnose and clear the clog. The next week his crew was there to replace the damaged pipe on the front lawn. All work was completed cleanly, quickly, and professionally as promised. Everything was put back as it was. You can't even tell they were there. I was very happy with the work and have no problem recommending Stephen and his crew.

Stephen Bodar was recommended to me by a previous contractor I had worked with. I had sewage backed up in my basement and without water.....on Sunday night of Thanksgiving weekend. Certainly not ideal!
Not only did Stephen reach out that night, he arranged for someone to come to my house the morning of holiday Monday.
Alex "diagnosed" the issue on Monday. Alex was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
Stephen also followed up and immediately arranged for a crew for the following day.
Again, the entire crew were professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard and their clean up was fantastic!

They did a fine job, were speedy with the estimate, permit applications, inspection, rebate forms and the work itself. You couldn't tell that the front yard had been dug up! The owner and plumber were delightful and very communicative. The rebate form for the back water valve was already filled in, addressed and stamped! They organized the building inspection and did extra work recommended by the inspector (replacing a faucet and disconnecting a downspout) without charging extra. They worked clean and removed all the rubble and pipes etc. You couldn't tell they had been there except for the different colour of cement on the floor. Would certainly recommend them and will use them again for plumbing needs.

Alexander fix the leak by replacing the pipes. He did excellent job and he is very professional and polite! kept everything clean not drop of water under the sink or on the kitchen floor.

Pipe from drain of sink broke from its casting on a concrete sink. Piping and sink was replaced. New taps and a pipe to drain the washing machine which did not exist before.

Incredibly quick response time, workers were very knowledgable & attentive. They fixed the problem but also took the time to educate me on the process & whats involved.
