From a relatively small leak in the basement we discovered we needed to waterproof the entire length of the house wall - Lisa at the office was very helpful with my specific scheduling and once the job was underway they uncovered an even bigger issues with an unstable footing for the part of the house that was an addition decades ago. Stephen suggested we install a footing, this job ended up being pretty major to me from work for them to a huge cost for me that I was not expecting, but it was necessary. They all worked really hard and efficiently, despite the challenging weather and narrow space. The job looked great and Im really happy with the results and the peace of mind I now have knowing Ive avoided future problems by waterproofing and installing a new footing. Communicating with Stephen and the workers was easy, productive and I am very happy with the quality of the work - Thankyou!

RM, hired by Home Service Club of Canada, completed waterproofing of one wall of our house promptly and expertly and so we expect no further leaking of water into our downstairs room.
One thing, though; we took a hit in paying a grossly inflated price of $3600 (plus tax) for the sump pump, which they strongly recommended be put in, later finding that the Liberty Pumps model 237 pump used retails for only about $281 (their salesman quoted much more) and it took the lone worker only 3 hours to install it. We reckon $1600 would have been high enough for this extra.

Excellent, fast service. The plumber was amazing! Professional, courteous service. Was not inexpensive for an outside tap replacement, but you do get what you pay for. Strongly recommend.

Main Drain clog. Rooter Man came in within the hour of calling snaked the drain and sent a camera to find the root of the issue.

I had a major issue of a dropped main line sewage pipe from my house to the city, and it was collecting water and it backed up in my basement. This pipe ran under the pool and normally this would be a very large expense. Thankfully, the folks at Rooterman Figured out a less expensive solution that involve putting a poly pipe through the existing pipe and using pumps to extract the waste water out. They were very easy to deal with and friendly, and did the job that was required which so far has been great. I highly recommend using them. They are very fair, friendly, and competitively priced. We had a lot of questions about waterproofing our basement. Stefan took the time to answer all our questions. He and his crew worked very efficiently and we're happy with the quality of their work.

Old century home. The drain from the washer was clogged and water was overflowing onto the floor of the kitchen whenever it drained. Sinks had slow drain as well. Jerome arrived on time, assessed the situation, gave us 3 possible fixes to choose from (1. try and snake it and hope it doesnt damage the already aged pipes 2. Replace the pipes from the washer and under the sink 3. replace all the pipes through to the outside). We decided on 2. And he was able to return the next day with the parts to do the repair. He was polite, knowledgeable and tidy. And my issue is solved. Defiantly will use these guys again.
