Distinct Home Inspections

While going through the steps of first time home buying, my fiancé and I were referred to Marco by our agent. After being informed by numerous people what a waste an inspection is, I decided to go through with it anyway. We actually got to use Marco twice (we backed out of the first house after the inspection) he was beyond helpful start to finish. It was absolutely reassuring having him go through both homes, top to bottom. The word thorough doesn't even begin to describe his work, it's so much more. He offered plenty of advice, made sure we understood everything he was explaining and at the end was a pdf file through email just to make sure we could go back and review what was important to do once we moved in.
