    Professional, friendly & knowledgeable

    Great experience, took time explaining and educating me as he did the inspection. Being a first time home buyer this was priceless.

    Amazing inspection - above and beyond

    Marco truly went above and beyond in his inspection. Not only was he thorough, professional, and friendly - but he provided tonnes of insight to help us plan the renovation on our new home from his experience as both a contractor and home inspector. His rates were on par with other home inspections, but the services were well above anything I've experienced before We found his company through the Baeumler Approved site, and I can fully understand how he earned that approval. I would recommend Marco to anyone looking to purchase a home!

    Home Inspection

    Marco is very thorough and knowledgeable. The inspection was very detailed from using a drone to take pictures and examine the roof , to a complete check of structure, plumbing, heating/AC, ventilation, electrical, and garage, and a full check on all appliances for recalls. Marco took the time to explain and provide great feedback. I highly recommend Marco.

    Best Home Inspector Marco Ramos

    We are first-time home buyers and were looking for a home inspector. Then we were introduced to Marco through our realtor. Marco is extremely approachable and a highly qualified professional. He took time and looked at every nook and corner to examine the faults. He was really patient to listen to our concerns and gave us suggestions wherever it was needed. The inspection report he provided has all the relevant pictures of the defects in the home with the priority levels mentioned for them; which is very impressive. We would highly recommend Marco.

    AMAZING LEVEL OF SERVICE

    Marco was absolutely amazing to work with. He was patient and answered every single question (and there were lots of them) that I had and never once did he seem annoyed - even when I asked the same question twice or perhaps thrice. His level of knowledge and his attention to every detail are beyond measure. He made the very daunting task of a home inspection an extremely enjoyable one showing us every step of the way and the detailed report that came a few days after with pictures and recommendations was not something that I had experienced with previous home inspections. He was completely reassuring that the house we were looking at was a solid and sound investment. I would absolutely recommend anyone needing a home inspection to use the services of Marco. Although I hope to never move again, he'll be the first one I call if I'm ever needing another home inspection.

    Above and Beyond Knowledgable

    The house we're going to buy is going to require a lot of work, which we're aware of. The amount of work we need to do is overwhelming and we've worried if the house is even worth the purchase... Queue home inspector Marco. He is easy going, explains everything in easy-to-understand terms, and really knows a lot! I've learned so much from the inspection about what we need to prioritize to fix immediately and what we can leave for later. Marco is very knowledgeable on so many aspects of the home. He was able to recognize our electrical issues and the sources of the issues, point out multiple sources of possible asbestos, brickwork improvements, wood rot, water erosion beneath a garage, insulation gaps (which we luckily had none), moisture & mold issues, roof ventilation, furnace and water heater health... I could go on! Marco is very thorough and even though there is so much wrong with our property, he made it manageable and not as bad as I thought. I have no more unknowns haunting me. I can fix what needs to be fixed immediately and go about slow improvement for the rest. Plus I have the added knowledge on a brief history of asbestos, roof engineering types, and double layer bricks vs. insulation--and it was all VERY interesting. Thank you so much Marco for the report & all the extra information you gave. It was a pleasure!

    Highly Recommend - Very Knowledgable

    As a realtor I have been on many home inspections so I know the difference hiring a qualified home inspector makes. I just purchased a home for myself and the first call I made was to Marco. Would I recommend him? Absolutely!!! Extremely knowledgeable and he even taught me a few things that I didn't know. And I have been on many H.I before. Buying home is your biggest investment so hiring the right home inspector so important as this industry not regulated. As realtor I know its worth to spend the money to have proper inspection.

    Home Inspection

    We were very pleased with the inspection that Marco did. It gave us a good idea of the condition of the house we were purchasing. We felt more confidence going forward with the purchase. Marco is very detailed conscious and checked everything in a systematic way. He pointed out many concerns to us and took a lot of pictures. Marcos was professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Later, that same day, Marcos sent us a very detailed inspection report which included the pictures and a detailed explanation of the problems he saw. I would highly recommend Distinct Home Inspections for any of your inspection needs.

    Very Thorough & Attentive Inspection

    Marco from Distinct Home Inspection was recommended to us by our realtor. He was available with short notice, and did a very thorough investigation of our new home. This was our first experience with an inspector, and we were blown away by how in-depth the inspection was. There were no hidden costs, everything was included, and we were emailed a detailed report with pictures and recommendations from Marco in less than 24 hours. Marco was on time, professional, and patient with us. He was able to answer all our questions. We feel more confident with our purchase now, and will be following his recommendations as soon as we get possession. Thanks Marco!
