I have used Marco on other homes in the past, but this time he was willing to go out of town for me on an inspection. He made sure he pointed out the good & the bad on the home I was purchasing. He made sure I understood everything and offered my Dad & I some good advice. Then I received a detailed PDF report with pictures that I can use as a reference anytime.
